Please note: FEDEX does not ship Next Day/Overnight or Second Day from our store to anywhere in
the NEW ENGLAND area. Please select Ground Shipping for your online order.
FEDEX cannot ship to a PO Box.
If you
select "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" at check out,and the book(s) requested are not available, your order will be cancelled. To prevent this
from happening please select "PLEASE SUBSTITUTE".
--We charge your credit card on the day your order is processed by our staff.
Please allow 2 full business days, NOT including the day you placed your order, for
the store to process your order.
--Pre-Paid orders will be held at the store for 3 business days after they
have been fulfilled. After then all orders will be refunded to your credit
card and the books will be placed back on the shelf. Please be sure to pick
up your order within that time frame.
--We do our best to have as many Used books available, but it is not always
possible. Please contact the bookstore if you have questions regarding Used
and New textbook availability.
RETURN POLICY
All customers have 3 weeks from the start date of the semester to return textbooks
in the same condition as they were purchased with the original receipt. All
shrink-wrapped packages, books or software are non-returnable if they are
unwrapped/open. Late start courses and second 8-week courses have until the second
day of class to return textbooks in the same condition as purchased with a receipt. All specials orders are final sales. *See store for details*

Do you want to save on shipping charges for your online
order? Then select “Store
Pick-Up Pay Now during check out. If you are unable to pick up your pre-paid
order at the bookstore during regular hours of operation you can send us an
email to have your textbooks left in the main office of the campus. Please
address the email to strathambookstore@ccsnh.edu. Make sure to include a specific
pick-up date and time, as well as giving the front office a call to check for
